From the outside we look like a big corporation, but inside there’s three of us and our families just trying to make an impact. Nope, we’re not some huge multibillion-dollar multinational company, in fact, the complete opposite, and we love it!
Australia is famously dog-friendly with one of the highest pet ownership rates in the world. However, unbelievably some 200K+ dogs end up in rescue shelters every year and 44K of those get euthanised. That is a tragic number that we’re personally committed to decreasing.
The original idea was to make natural, healthy dog food and treats using Australian ingredients that kept our four-legged customers looking great on the outside as well as feeling fantastic on the inside while donating 50% of all profits from every sale we made to volunteer-run rescue groups who were dedicated not only in rescuing abandoned dogs but also rehoming them. A simple journey morphed into a powerful movement.
SavourLife is a small family business making huge strides due to our amazing team and loyal customer base. Combined, we have helped over 230 different rescue groups across the country in addition to our ongoing efforts to bring Australia’s euthanised dogs down to zero.
